If you subscribed on or before the 20th, you will receive that month's postcard. Any subscriptions made after will receive the following month's postcard.

Ex: Subscribed Sept 1 - 20th -> Sept's Postcard

Subscribed Sept 21 - 30th -> October's Postcard

The current month's mail will be sent out near the end of the month! (Typically the 20th - 25th).

USA: Estimated delivery within 7 days of shipment email.

International: Estimated delivery within 28 ~ 42 days of shipment email.

If your postcard hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time, or arrived damaged- I'd be happy to offer a replacement or refund. You can reach me through the contact page or by replying to any of the shop emails.

The postcard club subscription renews on the 10th of each month.

You can change make those changes through the customer portal for upcoming orders or by contacting me directly for existing orders.
